Next Meeting - Motorway Sound Barriers
--------------------------------------
The next meeting of the Movie Makers will be at our usual venue,
Sundon Park Community Centre this Thursday, at 7.30pm. 
Currently entry is free.
Directions: Going out from Leagrave, go past Sundon Park Shops
and it's next to Sundon Baptist Church on the right.
  
At the meeting we plan to:-
(1) Run the weekly competition (VHS tapes please) and 
(2) View the raw documentary on the £4.5M M1 Motorway Sound Barriers
for critical comment to help improve the final product.
   
Reminder
--------
Don't forget that on Wednesday 23 Apr 03 we will be filming live at the 
St Georges Day Celebration, St Georges Square, Luton Town Centre    
   
Last Meeting
------------
At the last meeting on 3 Apr 03 we held the usual weekly competition.
After the break, with help and advice from Gary McDonald, we completed 
our video of Michael Carway's holiday in County Sligo.

More local videos have been produced and will be included in the
video Library, listed at http://www.moviemakers.freeuk.com/videolib.htm 
Copies of videos are available (at a price and not for public showing) 
on VHS tape.

The videos are also put on the L&D Community Network
in VideoCD/MPEG1 format (1.2Mbps) as well as RealVideo (220Kbps).
