Club Equipment With the winding up of the Voluntary Action Luton (VAL) Community Media Project, LMM has been donated three sets of high spec. movie making equipment for club use. This includes camcorders, tripods and PC computers with Matrox cards for digital video editing. The equipment will be used for:- * our Volunteer Scheme, which gives volunteers from the local community the opportunity to produce movies in and about Luton for our Movie Library * our Workshops which enable club members to work on the same computer/disk for developing longer-playing movies over a long period, e.g. months * for producing movies for our club entries into inter-club and regional competitions and film festivals (including Luton's Filmstock Festival) * for producing scripts for club movies * for producing backing music for club movies and our music library Other club activities that will use the computer equipment include:- * producing club programmes, brochures and posters Members can loan equipment for these purposes.
