Luton Movie Makers have completed five years of existence 
and celebrate with the production of their second feature film 
"The Story of Luton" a documentary directed by Frank McPartland that 
runs for an hour and a half in widescreen format. 
It was shown to a selected audience including the Mayor of Luton, 
MP Kelvin Hopkins, the curator of Wardown Museum, Elizabeth Ayers and 
other prominent citizens at the Hat Factory arts centre. 
The first feature film "Warriors of Hastings" by Scott Bailey which
ran for eighty five minutes was a great success and won a Silver Plus 
at BIAFF 2006.
A third feature film "Divine Solution" by Dapo Owalabi is in the 
pipeline and should be released in 2007.
