1. Apologies for Absence

Apologies were received from Scott Bailey and Sue Clarke.

2. Minutes of the last AGM

The minutes of the last AGM (see Appendix 1) were read and approved unanimously.

3. Matters Arising

It was noted that since the last AGM (Appendix 1, AOB), subscriptions had increased from £10 to £12.50 during 2005 to cover our cost of joining the Hat Factory Cultural Network.

4. Treasurer's Report

The Treasurer presented the unaudited accounts for the year ending (see Appendix 2) and explained each item. The income item of £150 from community group videos had arrived too late for inclusion in this years accounts. The accounts were approved subject to audit.

5. Chairman's Report

The Acting Chairman read the Annual Report for 2005/6 (see Appendix 3).

6. Election of Officers

After discussion, the following committee members were elected:
Chairman:- Scott Bailey
Secretary:- Sue Clarke
Treasurer:- Paul Clarke
Members:- Wayne Johnson, Tony Coutinho

7. Future Programme

Possible activities for 2006/7 (See Appendix 4) were discussed.

It was noted that the "Road Safety Film" with LBC, Police and AW Trucks is most unlikely to go ahead. Community showings will continue till the grant runs out.

It was decided that the following preferred programme be undertaken:-

1. To take up Frank's offer to help us open our own Bank Account
2. To locate suitable premises for movie making where we can have meetings, put on showings, shoot films e.g. with blue screen and sets, edit them and run introductory movie making courses.
3. To get a grant to fund the premises.

The fail-safe position is to continue using the Hat Factory Cultural Network and SPCC.

All other activities will continue as before, e.g. Triangle, film festivals, shows, etc.
